Regulation of internat employment markets
Emmanuèle REYNAUD

pp. 337-368

This article proposes a critical reflection on the theories for internal employment markets through an application in the telecommunications sector. It deals with two complementary aspects : an analysis based on the restructuring of a labour market, the French aspect, taking into account elements of comparison from European markets, and a critical analysis of the different dimensions of the theories for infernal markets. At this point the article examines the definition of territory and its frontiers, the regulation of employment conditions and terms of exchange, the actors of the regulation and the intervention of the State, joint regulation and collective negotiations and, what is characteristic of this period and of the sector of activity, the effects of strong changes.
