The repertoire of opposition at work
Jacques BÉLANGER
Christian THUDEROZ

pp. 427-460

This article aims at understanding managerial domination and resistance at work by studying their dynamics and interconnections. It builds upon a critique of common assertions suggesting the « end of resistance » and develops a theoretical model for uncovering the rationales for the various forms of opposition at work that are developing and evolving as we advance through the post-industrial era.
